Resolve Legal — Halo Reception Sign Melbourne

When Resolve Legal approached Advanced Signmakers, they wanted a reception sign that reflected the professionalism and precision of their legal practice. The brief was clear — premium materials, clean lines and a lighting effect that would make an immediate impression on clients walking through the door.

The Brief

Resolve Legal needed a high-impact reception sign for their Hadfield office. They wanted something that felt premium and authoritative — befitting a modern legal firm. The sign needed to work as the centrepiece of their reception area, visible the moment clients entered the space.

What We Made

We designed and fabricated a 2000mm halo lit reception sign using brushed stainless steel letters with an opal acrylic backing. The letters were illuminated with 6500K cool white LEDs — a crisp, clean white light that gave the sign a sharp, professional glow. The combination of stainless steel and opal acrylic is one of our favourite material pairings for high-end reception signage. The stainless gives weight and authority during the day. At night — or in a dimly lit reception area — the 6500K LEDs project a beautiful halo effect behind each letter, casting a soft white glow against the textured render wall behind.

The Result

The rendered wall background turned out to be the perfect canvas for this sign. The texture of the render caught the LED halo in a way that smooth plasterboard simply doesn't — creating a warm, diffused glow around each letter that made the entire sign look like it belonged in a five-star hotel lobby. Resolve Legal were thrilled with the result. The sign immediately became the focal point of their reception area — exactly what a legal firm of their calibre deserves.
